It seems that so many people go to work and just do what it takes to just get by. What ever happened to work ethics? It seems to have taken over every walk of life from Doctors, Lawyers, customer service to lawn care. I am so confused about not trusting anyone because it seems that most are not out for anyone’s benefit but their own. Is it just me or are any of you noticing a change in what it means to do a good job. Also, Our work-life is an important part of our life and therefore needs to be somewhat enjoyable, receiving a good remuneration always helps with making the job something we are keen to excel at. If you use these skills well, then you will be able to function exceptionally well, even under intense pressure. It is particularly important when time is limited and demands are seemingly unlimited. It helps you to allocate your time where it is most-needed and most wisely spent, freeing you and your team up from less important tasks that can be attended to later. Time management is an interesting phrase because it implies that we can manage time, but of course we can't. What we really know is how to manage ourselves. As we strive to become more effective the time we have seems more fruitful. It's because of this learning that I no longer call myself a time management failure.
